Where to shop

Two practical warnings before the list. Cloghane and Brandon have no petrol station, no cash machine and no pharmacy: the nearest of each is in Castlegregory. And if you are self-catering, do the big shop in Tralee or Dingle on the way in, because the village shops are for what you forgot rather than for a week's groceries.

The other thing worth knowing is that one shop on this list pays for the festival you are attending. Cross Atlantic Productions dedicates the revenues of the Original Kerry Shop in Dingle to funding Classical Sessions, so a purchase there is the most direct support you can give beyond a donation at the door.
